M&T has a strict 11 Day return policy. 

All parcels arriving after this period will not be considered applicable. 

If a customer would like to return a piece, they MUST email the page and send tracking information once posted, confirming it’s sending within this period.
Return postal costs will be covered by the customer and will not be reimbursed by M&T.
Returns will only be accepted if the piece has not been worn and there is no visual/structural damage (it is in original condition).


M&T wants you to have the right crystal for you, however, being a Small Business and an Artist, a lot of time goes into creating every item and for this reason full refunds are NOT offered.

It is the customers responsibility to read any shipping notices on our website. If shipping timeframes do not align with your expected delivery timeframe, it is the customers responsibility to decide prior to purchasing. No refunds will be given on orders where shipping timeframes do not suit the customer.


If you decide your Crystal isn’t right for you, you’re very welcome to mail it back and you will receive a Store Credit to the value of your original purchase.
A Store Credit will only be provided for pieces in original condition that have been returned within the strict deadline period listed above.
It is the customer’s responsibility to do this.
We do our very best to make sure all important details and pictures have been added to our website, giving you a full understanding of each piece before you decide to go ahead.
