All crystal necklaces are handmade and may take 2-3 weeks to be made - if they state in the description "Made to Order'.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please send M&T an email to see if we may fix it or else you will be provided with a full refund if it's before the 14 day limit. Customer satisfaction means a lot to us and we do everything to provide detailed descriptions so that you can accurately get an idea of what the jewellery item is like.
Please note we are not responsible for any return postage fees.
We seek fine quality crystals and all crystals are cleansed before sent for you to wear.
Unless otherwise stated most chain used to string the crystal necklaces are a generic silver tone/ antique brass/gold tone chain. If you require sterling silver (925) chain for allergy reasons (do not purchase from the site!) Please send us an email as we can offer custom designed pieces at a higher price.
We are not responsible or to be held liable for any reactions that may take place due to failure to comply with these terms.
All products are sent 2-3 weeks after finalized payment.
You must understand that our crystal pieces are fragile we do everything we can to protect your piece but once it enters the postage process and transfers to your hands we are no longer responsible for any damage. We ask you to treat your jewellery with absolute care. We are not to be held responsible or liable for any breakages that may occur to the piece during postage, or once its arrived to its new home
Posting & Shipping
We ship internationally with an option for each country to select their specific postage fees. If your county is not listed please send us an email with your order and we will add the country code.
All International mail is sent via 'Registered Post' to prevent the loss of your parcel.
We are not responsible for breakages or misplacement that may occur during the postage process. Depending on your country of residence the time at which your goods arrive and their cost may vary country to country. Shipping Fees and Charges are based on the prices Australia Post has set for air mail to your specific country.
